Summer 2025

We’re excited to kick off the Lonely Legends Track Club summer season! Track & field is not just an individual sport—it’s a team sport in every way that matters. Just like in football or basketball, our athletes train together, push each other, and show up as a united team at every meet. Commitment to practice, competition, and teamwork is key to their success!

Summer Season Practice Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Cheney Stadium

  • Daily At-Home Workouts | (Strength, Flexibility, and Recovery Exercises)

Attendance at practice is expected for optimal development and performance. The at-home workouts will be essential to building consistency and reducing the risk of injury.

Season Coaching Fees

To ensure we provide structured training, coaching, and a quality experience for all athletes, the season fee will be $150 per athlete. This helps cover:

  • Coaching & Training Sessions

  • Strength, Agility, and Speed Development

  • Administrative & Operational Expenses

We will be participating in 10 meets in total (six paid meets and 4 free meets). The summer season events are listed below. Meet participation is highly encouraged as it provides valuable competition experience and is a key part of our program.

With All Comers, the name says it all: they are open to everyone, no prior experience or team membership is required. It's a great chance to learn about this branch of the sport, get some fun exercise, or work on sharpening your skills. With a range of participants from toddlers to Olympians, it's fun to watch as well.

Atlanta Track Club events are held rain or shine. However, the threat of lightning or other severe weather in the vicinity of the event may result in a delay or cancellation.

 NO DOGS ALLOWED!!
Canopies/large umbrellas are only allowed on the top row of the stands.
Only competitors and coaches with arm bands are allowed on the field.
